This was such a special family photo shoot.
One that especially makes my heart well up with emotion.
You see, this momma is fighting for her life… She has already survived cancer 4 times… and now she is face to face with the worst news again.
She is surrounded with faith, hope and so much love from her beautiful family and friends….
Please say a prayer for them and keep this sweet family in your heart.
